I discuss how PTSD, depression and anxiety have affected my life. I also discuss how I have been able to overcome the abuse and move into a very stable and happy life. They grew up in a home with addiction, abuse, and untreated mental illness, which generated dysfunctional dynamics that often pitted them against each other.
